The Homecoming of Humiliation
When Thawn Oberhauser entered the Fuel Speedway last night, it was supposed to be an epic moment — at least that’s what he planned. After all, it was the first time on Monday Night Fuel after his success at The Formula-X Grand Prix, an event that also saw him being released from the contract clause that kept him from claiming the F-X Throne.
After a whole five minutes of Thawn pandering to a booing crowd, just before Thawn could speak a word, the Relay Barons arrived with buckets filled with what would revealed to be slime — bright green slime not unlike the kind used at the American Kid’s Choice Awards.
The Relay Barons would later make a statement to F-X reporters where they revealed their motivations.
“After the massive amounts of feedback we got from the fans after we defaced Brenda’s pit-stall we realized
two things: one: the people love that kind of stuff, really entertaining and two: don’t do it to someone who doesn’t deserve it. Well, lesson learned,” they said smiling.
It would seem, Season Two really has etched in a new era.
