Two for the Price of One
When Moodswing mentioned that the beef between him and Touch Mkhize was “episodic”, many wondered if he was just saying this to try and talk his way out of the situation, suggesting that there were no hard feelings.
As it turns out, Moodswing was telling the truth — at least about not holding anything against Touch as he announced on Feeder during the week that Touching Base would be back in its usual slot this week.
While Touch’s silence on the matter was noted, it seems Glen felt that Touch was owed more than just his usual slot back and opened the show by announcing that the 5000 people in live attendance would get a treat because Touching Base would be going live right at that moment.
While this earned a wild cheer from the live crowd, it was the folks sitting at home that would get twice their monies worth as this meant that Touch would be on the air twice.
While Touch succeeded to steal the show right from the word go by setting Thawn up, he would continue his streak not only by winning his relay race alongside his Duchess of Drag successor but also hosting his 2nd Touching Base of the night with The Caliber Kid who he proceeded to praise for his work thus far, earning the admiration of the studio audience.
