It was a good day to be Jim Kieck or Stevie on Monday Night Fuel as they joined us in the Winner’s
Circle after overcoming their rivals in a relay race.
We asked Jim Kieck how he felt about his rivalry with Thorne being considered one of the greatest in Fuel history.
“Well it’s a strange sensation to be congratulated on something you weren’t aiming for at all. But I’ll say that I’ll be proud when I come out on top of this so-called rivalry.”
We moved on to the Diamond in the Rough who looked a little more pleasant which we asked her about. “Well I’m definitely a happy girl. I’ve finally given that hot-head a taste of true defeat: F-X style. While I know the critics are gonna cry that a relay race is no one-on-one race but he and I both know it doesn’t matter. He has to walk in S.N.E. with a defeat on his shoulders.”
And while Jim Kieck will watch on from the sidelines this Sunday, only time will tell if the momentum gained by Stevie here tonight will lead to her victory on PPV.
