With the end of an epic saga, it seemed only fitting that Touch’s first guest post-Rebellion be one of the men that runs the show. However when Touch got his guest on stage, he decided to flip the script.
Touch immediately asked when him and Moodswing were going to start implementing their point system based on the Scramble results.
“Well as I told you last season, we’re still working on figuring out how that system will work.” When Touch pushed the co-showrunner more direct answers, Glen elaborated on the problem. “The issue with using the point system is that in it’s current format, it’s restrictive. The points would end up dictating who can claim the Throne. While this does sound like fun, especially for Moodswing, we just don’t have enough racers to warrant holding a few back from going after the Crown.”
While Touch was disappointed that the showrunners had no plans for this point system, he was happy to hear that the idea of excluding racers from claiming the Crown was off the table.
