RIGHT THROUGH THE ANNOUNCE TABLE

The Second Season of Monday Night Fuel saw a few changes made for the better. One of those changes was the introduction of a sports an nouncing team.

While there have always been commentators, this task has always been one person commentating on a video of the action which was then added to the streamed episode. It was so seamless that many fans didn’t know that the person commentating wasn’t actually doing so in real time.

Well all of that has changed. Beginning with Season Two, the Fuel Speedway now has two Sports Commentators sitting in the announcer’s booth high above the track in the now-repurposed Tower.

Like all classic commentary teams, the team is comprised of Play-By-Play Commenta-tor Beatrix Honeycomb (affectionately known as Miss Honeycomb) and Color Commentator Captain Ken Khumalo (affectionately known as Captain by his peers). The two commenta-tors have years of experience in the business with Ken Khumalo having earned the rank of Captain in the Academy and Miss Honeycomb being the daughter of re-nounced African-born race- car driver “Buzz” Honeycomb and become a famed racer manager in her own right.

With the Voices of Fuel now in place, the pair look to change Monday nights for the better and we shall keep you in the know.
