To say that it was shocking to see Mandla Xulu walk out on John Kloof for a second time would be an understatement. But the winner’s of the fateful race were not interested in being outdone as the newly crowned relay barons entered the Winner’s Circle and immediately stole the spotlight back.
“Before we get started with this interview, Longitude and I have something to say to the live crowd, the folks at home and the racers in the pit. We are not interested in cruising on by with these titles. We want our new reign to be remembered for being off the hook.”
Longitude added on to his partner’s words. “So what we’re proposing is that at the Formula-X Grand Prix, 2nd of its kind, we have ourselves another 4-Way Relay Race.”
And just like that, the new Relay Barons firmly placed the spotlight on them and shocked the fan base with their willingness to put it all on the line.
It’s clear that Longitude & Latitude were shaken by their loss 8 days ago and are wanting to establish their dominance in F-X once again.
